What is BAFOS?
BAFOS stands for Builders And Founders Operating System. It connects the tools you already use and shows how each project is doing on one dashboard, from the first idea to what is running in production.
Is it ready to use?
Not yet. Right now there is this site, a demo with sample data, a questionnaire, a waitlist and a newsletter. The product itself comes next, first to a small closed group.
Do I have to move my work into BAFOS?
No. You keep working in GitHub, Linear, Vercel and Google Docs and Sheets. BAFOS reads from them and shows the result in one place.
Which tools will it connect to first?
GitHub, Linear, Vercel, Google Docs and Google Sheets. More come after we hear which ones you want, which is what the questionnaire is for.
Will it change anything in my tools?
We plan to start with read-only access, so BAFOS can look but not edit. We will say clearly what each connection can read before you agree to it.
What will it cost?
We plan a free tier and a paid plan per workspace. Prices are not set yet, and we would rather hear what you would pay than guess. The questionnaire asks.
What does the demo show?
A view-only dashboard with made-up projects, so you can see how it reads. Nothing you do there is saved, and no real tool is connected.
What happens to my email address?
We use it only for what you agreed to: confirming your place, telling you when early access opens, and the newsletter if you chose it. You can unsubscribe in one click, and ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
How do I get early access?
Join the waitlist and confirm your email. Access opens in small groups, and we pick people from the waitlist and the questionnaire answers. Telling us which tools you use helps.
