Home / How it works

Connect. Read. See.

Three steps, and none of them ask you to change how you work.

The short version

  • Connect a tool

Sign in with Google or GitHub, then choose what to connect. We aim for ten minutes from sign-up to a first project on screen.

  • BAFOS reads what it needs

Only the parts the dashboard shows. We plan read-only access first, and we will list exactly what each connection can see before you agree.

  • You see one dashboard

Projects, stages, what moved this week and what did not. Nothing is copied back into your tools.

Your tools stay the source of truth

If BAFOS and GitHub disagree, GitHub is right. BAFOS shows what your tools say, and it says when it last checked.

That is also why there is nothing to migrate. If you stop using BAFOS, your issues, code and documents are exactly where they were.

Which tools, first

Five connections to start. We add more once we know which ones you want.

Control you keep

Disconnect any time

One click removes a tool and the data we read from it.

See what we hold

Ask for an export of everything linked to you, and ask for it to be deleted.

Small steps

Connect one tool, see if it helps, then add the next.

Tell us what to connect first

Ten minutes of answers shapes what we build first.
